RETURNS
Any return of Products to us by you will be governed in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy. Â You can request a store credit on your item if you wish to return it within 30 days of ordering.
A “Change of Mind” return is one that is not classified as faulty or damaged due our ours or the manufacturers’ fault.
For “Change of Mind” returns you the customer are responsible for returning the item to us including postage fees.  The returned items must be in the original, unopened condition and packaged in such a way that they will not be damaged in transit.
If they are received back in our warehouse in an unsaleable condition the return may not be processed.
A Store Credit will be offered for items returned due to “Change of Mind”.  The Store Credit can be used for up to 24 months from date of issue on any item in our store.
Returns due to faulty parts or manufacture faults will be governed in accordance with the FTC. We will first endeavour to understand the fault and will require evidence to be able to deem the item or its parts faulty.
This can only be determined when we can see the fault. In some instances, we will need the item returned to us to assess or we may accept evidence electronically. In accordance with the FTC we have the right to offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
Requests to cancel an order prior to it being shipped will be processed and refunded to the original payment method minus any merchant admin fees associated with that payment normally in the vicinity of 6% for Afterpay & Zippay and 1.5% for Paypal & Credit Card.
